« Light Ecriture »
Light Écriture is an art created improvisationally by me, as a being that transcends identity.
Will, intention, and thought do not intervene; I simply attune to the vibrations of the Universe, and as my body responds, traces emerge.
It is, in essence, non-duality—an expression born of oneness.
The work manifests in material form, presenting a dual aspect. And I, myself, become its observer.
In performances without a physical support such as paper, I use my whole body and hands to draw Light Écriture in space. It is a work that is born and vanishes in each moment.
The vibrations emitted by the work or performances transform through resonance with those who receive them, and at times invite transformation.

« Light Écriture »
Light Écriture est un art que je crée de manière improvisée, en tant qu’être transcendant l’identité.
La volonté, l’intention et la pensée n’interviennent pas ; je m’accorde simplement aux vibrations de l’Univers, et mon corps y répond, laissant apparaître des traces.
C’est, en essence, une expression de la non-dualité — née de l’unité.
L’œuvre se manifeste sous une forme matérielle, révélant un aspect dual.
Et moi-même, je deviens son observatrice.
Dans les performances sans support matériel tel que le papier, j’utilise tout mon corps et mes mains pour dessiner Light Écriture dans l’espace.
C’est une œuvre qui naît et disparaît à chaque instant.
Les vibrations émises par l’œuvre ou les performances se transforment par résonance avec ceux qui les reçoivent, et invitent parfois à une transformation.

ー ライト・エクリチュール ー
ライト・エクリチュールは、
アイデンティティーを超えた存在としての私が即興で生み出すアート。
意志や意図、思考は介入せず、
ただ宇宙の波動を捉え、
私のからだがそれに呼応して軌跡が生まれる。
いわばノンデュアリティ - 一元から生まれる表現である。
物質として作品は現れ、二元の様相を呈す。
そして、私自身も観察者となる。
紙などの支持体を用いないパフォーマンスでは、
全身と手を使い、宙にライト・エクリチュールを描く。
それは、瞬間ごとに生まれては消える作品である。
作品やパフォーマンスから放たれる波動は、 受け取る側との共鳴の中で変化し、ときに変容を促す。

Interactive installations are conceived under the vision and concept of ERIKO MATSUMOTO, and developed through spatial design and production in collaboration with ROKUTA.
Together, we explore the process through which structure, material, and form emerge into space.
Les installations interactives sont conçues à partir de la vision et du concept d’ERIKO MATSUMOTO, et développées à travers une conception spatiale et une réalisation en collaboration avec ROKUTA.
Nous explorons ensemble le processus par lequel la structure, la matière et la forme émergent dans l’espace.
インタラクティブなインスタレーション作品は、ERIKO MATSUMOTO の構想・コンセプトのもと、ROKUTAとの協働により、空間設計と制作を行っています。 Équipe ESPACE（エキップ・エスパス）の名のもとに、チームを組み、構造・素材・かたちから空間へと立ち上がるプロセスを、共に探求しています。

Eriko Matsumoto

Drawings, installations, performances, furniture and spatial design, energetic practices, fragrance design.
Born in Tokyo, Japan.
Since the mid-1980s, interested in in the creation of « space-place », inside and outside oneself, as well as the correlation between the energy of space and human energy.
Trained in architecture in France at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris–La Villette.
Exploration of the concept of « Transformative Space », where space itself becomes a place that favors inner transformation and the integration of body, mind and spirit.
Returning to Japan in 1993, pursued an in-depth practice combining artistic creation, architecture and spatial design, nourished by long-term work in care and energy work, in relation to human existence and space.
Since autumn 2022, her activities have focused on the artistic expression of « Light Écriture » — automatic drawing.
Through drawing, installation, sonic and visual works, and performance, she creates artworks that lead her and others towards the unchanging concept of « being oneself ».

Née à Tokyo, Japon.
Depuis le milieu des années 1980, s'intéresse à la création de l' «espace-lieu » à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de soi, ainsi qu'à la corrélation entre l'espace et l'énergie humaine.
Formée à l’architecture en France, à l’École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris–La Villette. Exploration le concept d’« Espace Transformateur », où l’espace lui-même devient un lieu favorisant la transformation intérieure et l’intégration du corps, de l'esprit et de l'âme.
De retour au Japon en 1993, poursuite d’une pratique approfondie mêlant création artistique, architecture et design d’espace, nourrie par un travail de longue durée dans les soins et le travail énergétique, en relation avec l’existence humaine et l’espace.
Depuis l’automne 2022, ses activités se concentrent sur l’expression artistique de « Light Écriture » — le dessin automatique.
À travers le dessin, l'installation, les réalisations sonores et visuels, ainsi que la performance, elle crée des œuvres d'art qui la conduisent, elle et les autres, vers le concept immuable
« d'être soi-même ».

東京生まれ
1980年代半ばより、自分の内外に『居場所 ― スペース』をつくること、空間と人間のエネルギー相関関係に関心を持つ。
フランス国立パリ高等建築学校（École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris–La Villette）にて建築を学ぶ。
空間そのものが内なる変容と身体・心・魂の統合を促す場となる《変換器としての空間》の概念を探求。
1993年に日本へ帰国後、長年にわたるヒーリングとエネルギーワークの実践を糧に、人間の存在と空間の関係性を探求しながら、アート創作・建築・空間デザインを融合した探求的な実践を続けている。
2022年秋より、活動の中心は《 Light Écriture - ライト・エクリチュール 》へ。
ドローイング、インスタレーション、音響・映像制作、パフォーマンスを通じ、自身と他者を「ありのままの自分であること」というこれまでと変わらぬコンセプトへと導く作品を創出している。
